Davenergy Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Quality Assurance / Project Manager (QA/PM) to provide onsite support at the 319th Medical Group Clinic at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND. This position supports Defense Health Agency (DHA) medical facilities through quality assurance and project management services for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects. Requirements Ability to perform onsite QA and Project Management services at an active medical treatment facility. Working knowledge of USACE, DHA, and DoD construction standards, policies, and procedures. Experience supporting quality assurance, safety, schedule, cost, change, and risk management practices. Ability to monitor construction activities for contract compliance, quality control, and safety. Experience reviewing contractor submittals, RFIs/RFCs, schedules, and change requests and providing recommendations to the Government COR. Ability to identify deficiencies, discrepancies, and non-conforming work and recommend corrective actions. Experience maintaining project documentation including inspection reports, daily logs, meeting minutes, schedules, correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and progress photos. Ability to support weekly progress meetings and coordinate with Government stakeholders and contractors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint); experience with USACE Resident Management System (RMS) preferred. Ability to work onsite 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; occasional schedule adjustments may be required. Relevant Experience Experience providing onsite Quality Assurance and Project Management support for healthcare, military, or federally funded construction projects. Experience performing QA inspections and monitoring contractor quality control activities. Experience supporting SRM/O&M projects within occupied medical facilities. Prior DHA, DoD, USACE, or federal healthcare facility experience strongly preferred. Education A degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or demonstrated construction-related experience or technical knowledge. Minimum qualifications: At least 5 years of general QA/Inspector experience or 2 years of medical QA experience, and At least 4 years of project management experience or 2 years of medical project management experience.
