The Quality Assurance Manager, Estimating Services, plays a critical role in upholding the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of all estimate outputs. This role is responsible for building and managing the QA framework that supports high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and process compliance. As a key partner to the Estimating leadership team, this individual provides objective insight into team performance and workflow effectiveness by driving quality audits, data analysis, and proactive recommendations for continuous improvement.
