Location: Phoenix, AZ ________________________________________ Position Overview: The QA/QC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control programs to ensure all construction activities meet Foresight On-site, client, and industry quality standards. This role ensures adherence to clean and high-purity process piping plumbing specifications, semiconductor customer manufacturing and construction requirements, FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control, Copy Exact protocols. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the site QA/QC program in alignment with Foresight On-site’s corporate quality standards and project-specific requirements. Oversee inspection and testing of high-purity piping systems, welds, and installations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry codes. Proactively identify any potential or required deviations from drawings or specifications that will require client approval. Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation, including Inspection pre-test Plans (ITPs), checklists, Non-Conformance Report (NCR), quality tracking reports, and system sign-off documentation. Ensure all construction activities meet customer, semiconductor cleanroom and high-purity standards, including cleanliness, material control, and documentation traceability. Manage Copy Exact (CE) compliance to maintain process consistency across tools, lines, and projects. Implement and monitor FOD prevention programs, ensuring the work environment remains free from contamination. Conduct internal quality audits and support external customer audits related to ISO 9001 compliance. Coordinate with design, engineering, project management, and field teams to proactively resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Train and mentor field QA/QC inspectors, ensuring consistent inspection practices and documentation. Maintain calibration and certification of test and inspection equipment. Track and report quality performance metrics, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC experience in semiconductor construction, high-purity piping, or related technical industries. Strong understanding of semiconductor quality systems, cleanroom protocols, and contamination control. In-depth knowledge of FOD control and Copy Exact principles. Experience developing and maintaining QA/QC documentation and audit programs. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with quality management software a plus. Certifications such as ASQ CQA, AWS-CWI, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred.
