Description
  • Continuous testing of our website and mobile apps (manually and automatically)
  • Development, maintenance and expansion of test cases, test plans and test strategies
  • Identification, documentation and tracking of bugs, errors and edge cases
  • Ensuring high usability and user experience through structured test scenarios
  • Conducting regression tests on new releases and feature updates
  • Close collaboration with product owners and developers to translate requirements into testable scenarios.
  • Support in defining acceptance criteria and quality assurance processes
  • Analysis of production problems and user feedback to identify weaknesses early on.
  • Development and enhancement of automated tests (e.g., end-to-end, API tests)
  • Testing of interfaces (APIs) and integration tests between different systems
  • Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
  • Conducting performance and load tests in collaboration with the tech team
  • Documentation of test results and creation of QA reports
  • Proactive identification of risk areas in the product and suggestions for quality improvement
  • Support in establishing QA processes, standards and best practices within the company

qualification

  • First or several years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance / Software Testing
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to systematically identify errors and edge cases.
  • Experience in testing websites and mobile applications
  • Basic understanding of software development and technical contexts
  • Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to document bugs clearly and comprehensibly (e.g., in Jira, Linear, etc.)
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with developers and product owners.
  • Self-initiative and a high standard of product quality

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with test automation (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
  • Knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman, REST)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with cross-browser testing tools
  • Understanding of performance and load testing
  • Experience in handling CI/CD pipelines
  • Very good German and English skills
