JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting quality audits, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with various departments to enhance our quality management systems. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and systems.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools, including statistical analysis techniques.

  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across various departments.

Responsibilities
  • Developed, implemented, and maintained QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducted inspections, audits, and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identified quality issues, performed root cause analysis, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintained accurate quality records and documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Ensured calibration and proper functioning of testing and measuring equipment.
  • Assisted in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supported training of production staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Ensured compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, or other relevant quality management systems.
