To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a driven and energetic Quality Assurance & Quality Control Lead. You will be based in Paris, Milan or Madrid and will collaborate on European level with our teams.
As a QA QC Lead, you’ll be working within the Technical Department, reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, you will be responsible for defining and leading the Quality Control strategy from design, construction, and delivery of Data Center projects. This is an excellent opportunity for technical profiles looking forward to defining and implementing processes from scratch, contributing to the creation of sustainable data centers, working in a highly international environment and assembling a brand new QA&QC team around them.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include:

  • Create, oversee, and maintain Data 4’s Quality Management Plan and procedures based on standard project requirements.
  • Establish and maintain Data 4’s Quality Management Plan and Project Execution Plan (or Project Management Plan) template for data center and infrastructure projects in accordance with the D&C (Design and Construction) department’s key process.
  • Lead the project quality audit in accordance with the contractor’s Quality Management Plan.
  • Monitor the actions of the prime contractor and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance, track risks, and make suggestions for mitigation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous process improvement within the management team by providing resources and collaborating to implement streamlined and compliant processes.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Create, lead and manage a team of two to three regional QA&QC managers who will support project managers on their projects.
  • Act as Data4’s representative to the end client, explaining Data4’s policy, listening to client requests, and integrating them into the continuous improvement process.
