JOB SUMMARY:

The Real Estate Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of processes, documentation, and client interactions within a real estate company. The role ensures that all property transactions, listings, customer service practices, and compliance activities meet internal standards and legal regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate quality assurance or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, documentation, and transaction processes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and auditing skills.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess property listings, documentation, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales, leasing, and customer service operations.
  • Develop and implement quality control checklists, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or non-compliant practices and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service delivery and transaction quality.
  • Provide training and feedback to staff on quality standards, documentation practices, and customer communication.
  • Maintain records of audits, quality reports, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and other local regulatory authorities.
  • Support digital and CRM audits to verify data integrity and listing accuracy.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
