Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Representative to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement improvements, and maintain a culture of quality throughout the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: · Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. · Help investigate customer issues and complaints relating to quality. · Help develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine and establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products. · Provide technical support to production teams. · Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives. · Document and implement procedures assigned by the QC Lab & Field Manager. · Consistently provide detailed updates on activities to the QC Lab & Field Manager. Requirements · Quality Control experience (minimum 5 years), or related field from an accredited institution. · Strong customer orientation. · Ability to follow documented procedures and ACI, ASTM standards. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Commitment to company values. · Computer proficiency.
