HERE’S WHAT IS REQUIRED TO SUCCEED AS A QUALITY ASSURANCE REPRESENTATIVE.

  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
  • High school education required.
  • Must have effective communications skills.
  • Capable of preparing and writing quality reports.
  • Possess good analytical skills.
  • Minimum of two (2) years previous experience in a Quality Assurance position (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in quality management software and documentation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations under Title 14, CFR Part145.

Responsibilities
  • Maintains, revises and processes in Company Manuals for regulatory approval.
  • Assist all departments to formulate in-house procedures.
  • Assist the Manager of Quality Systems in the preparation of audit schedules.
  • Performs internal audits and vendor audits.
  • Reviews calibration equipment documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Performs and prepares reports on incident and regulatory compliance investigations.
  • The focal point for all Quality Assurance issues.
  • Approves all new processes prior to implementation.
  • Ensure that deficiencies in systems, procedures, and practices are identified and corrected before they adversely affect operations.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections on products or services to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Develop and implement quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve overall quality performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings and quality data analysis.
