• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols.
• Analyse data from inspections and tests to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
• Assist in the training of staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
