JOIN OUR TEAM AS A QUALITY ASSURANCE & SAFETY STRATEGIST

Overview: Are you ready to take charge of fostering a culture of quality and safety excellence at our plant? As a Quality Assurance & Safety Strategist, you’ll spearhead the advancement of both our Continuous Improvement and Safety projects. Your leadership and communication skills will be paramount as you guide safe production practices, ensuring we meet our customers’ expectations effectively and securely. Compliance with our Company Mission Statement, Safety & Quality Policy, and conformity with customer standards will be the pillars of your role.

DESIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Background in various manufacturing disciplines (e.g., production, logistics).
• Proficiency in quality system management or leadership within manufacturing/corrugated sectors is ideal.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis software.
• ISO certification experience is an advantage.
  Physical Requirements: The role demands physical activity including walking, talking, and hearing, with regular standing and manual dexterity tasks. Must occasionally sit and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Enhanced vision capacities are necessary.
  Environment: Experience dynamic settings with exposure to humidity, mechanical parts, particles, and substantial noise.
