This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and assuring the delivery of a multi-year compliance initiative, with a specific focus on policy and standards development, process optimisation, and programme oversight.

  • Define and document future state processes with full RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) alignment
  • Lead and contribute to subject matter reviews across multiple workstreams
  • Support the development of key programme deliverables, including Operating model design, Control frameworks and risk assessments, Governance structures (committees, forums), Reporting mechanisms, Technology and data requirements
