Duties & Responsibilities Analyze user stories/business requirements and technical requirements for validity, feasibility and technical soundness and decompose them to extract positive and negative test scenarios and strong acceptance criteria Detect, report, and track software defects Execute all levels of testing including but not limited to: System Integration Component Level Regression Use methodical and repeatable processes to verify releases meet quality standards before launch Profile manual acceptance criteria and test cases and evaluate automation opportunities Log and track defects to successful resolution Collect metrics to measure test progress and quality out-comes Collaborate with the business and development teams to produce user stories/requirements that are well-documented and clear. Analyze and understand requirements and provide traceability to test conditions Required Skills Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Sanity Testing, Smoke Testing Education & Experience Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related. Minimum 3 years of Quality Engineering experience Knowledge in Microsoft Azure DevOps is a plus Working Knowledge Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Sanity Testing, Smoke Testing API Testing using POSTMAN, SOAP UI, JMETER Well-versed with testing methodology (Manual), practices, tools, and reporting Experience in both Water fall and Agile methodologies At AXA, each person matters.
