The Distribution Digital Enablement team is responsible for driving the development, implementation and modernisation of digital strategies that transform our distribution model, incorporating new digital platforms and capabilities to enhance sales engagement and point of sales processes through partnering with key stakeholders. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that digital platforms and solutions meet defined requirements, quality standards, and user expectations. You will be involved in test planning, test execution, defect management, and supporting coordination between business and technology teams across various sub-systems. Job Description: Define detailed test plans based on business and functional requirements. Coordinate and follow up on test plan reviews with stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and formal sign-off. Execute test cases according to the signed-off test plan, documenting results accurately. Identify, raise, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle; collaborate with development teams for resolution and retesting. Maintain clear records of test execution, defects, and retest outcomes. Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders. Support UAT sign-off and ensure all acceptance criteria are met before release. Who we are looking for: Diploma or degree in any discipline, preferably related to Digital, Information System & Technology or related field. 3-5 years of experience in defining and executing user acceptance testing; familiarity with Agile and SDLC. Strong attention to detail and ability to document and track defects. Effective communication and follow-up skills with both business and technical teams. Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems such as JIRA, Confluence or design tools. Experience in AS400 systems and Figma is a plus. Collaborative, solutions-driven mindset.
