Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing assurance policies, conducting tests, identifying process or reporting issues and presenting solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Perform assurance testing by reviewing reports and data to ensure accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Prepare reports on findings arising from assurance reviews
  • Communicate with Operations Divisions to ensure needed corrective actions are taken
  • Clear documentation of assurance testing
  • Maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management
  • Communicate fluctuations in performance to management
  • Monitors companies production process to ensure they are in compliance regulations.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in further development of assurance program and testing
  • Special projects on ad hoc basis and other duties as assigned
    Typical Physical Demands: Regularly uses hands to manipulate phones, computer keyboard and similar tools. Ability to view computer screens, mobile devices, and other electronic equipment, for extended periods of time. Sit and stand to perform administrative work. Regularly lift and move office supplies up to 20 lbs. Work is performed in an office environment. Employee must travel throughout the company footprint as required.
