Position Summary:
Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading fleet maintenance companies in the US, is looking to hire a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee the daily management and auditing of all documents associated with repair orders, purchase orders, and invoices. The candidate must also have some technical automotive background. It is essential to have relevant experience, be dependable, diligent, and take pride in one’s work. The ability to handle multiple tasks and be a quick learner with a positive attitude is crucial.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary range: $50,000-60,000, depending on experience!
Shift: Monday-Friday (Weekend support as business demands)

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review all internal repair orders daily and cross reference purchase orders as needed
  • Process, update and communicate changes to repair orders as needed
  • Identify process and quality control improvement opportunities and coach field teams on changes
  • Provide input on internal system set up and training of field employees for new customers/accounts requirements
  • Act as a liaison between customers, billing, and field managers when invoice disputes arise
  • Act as a liaison between Sr Management and Directors to audit and review rejected invoices for the segment.
  • You will be trained and become an active user of our operating system (TMW) (AI) (Amerit Portals)
  • Run accurate reports relating to repair orders, billing/invoicing and discrepancies as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager
