Your work helps ensure our credit processes, systems and controls are working as intended, contributing directly to better outcomes for our customers and our people. In this role, you could expect to: Complete reviews of credit lending outcomes to ensure decisions are made in line with Kiwibank’s credit policy, business processes, and Delegated Lending Authority Deliver scheduled Quality Assurance reviews, report insights Work collaboratively with business teams, Operational Risk and Compliance partners, and learning teams to uplift capability.
