The Greek leading Biscuits & Bakery company Ε.J.PAPADOPOULOS S.A. is seeking to employ a talented, driven & committed: Quality Assurance Specialist The role The Quality Assurance Specialist will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems across the organization. The role has a strong focus on Food Safety, including HACCP system management, training activities, and support to production facilities and suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal standards, certification schemes, and regulatory requirements. How you will contribute: Contribute to the implementation, development, and maintenance of procedures within the Quality Management System (QMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS). Strengthen and oversee Food Safety programs, including HACCP development, review, verification, and training across all production plants. Participate in the revision and update of procedures, technical instructions, and technical data sheets in line with certification requirements (ISO, FSSC, etc.). Support and conduct internal audits related to QMS and Food Safety across the organization. Deliver ongoing training and coaching to plant teams on Food Safety, hygiene practices, prerequisite programs, and HACCP principles. Maintain a strong presence on the production floor during site visits to verify compliance and drive continuous improvement. Participate in supplier audits and evaluate supplier Food Safety performance. Assist in monitoring imported products to ensure compliance with internal and external Food Safety requirements. What You Will Bring University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset. 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food industry. Strong knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, AIB GMPs) and HACCP methodology; knowledge of international GMP regulations is a plus. High level of professional credibility with an engaging and action-oriented approach. Proficient use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is desirable.
