What the role will entail Provide technical support and promptly resolve application and software-related issues for end-users. Maintain in-depth knowledge of supported applications, systems, and software tools. Collaborate with end-users to identify, document, and address support requirements. Log, monitor, and track support requests to ensure timely issue resolution. Work closely with IT teams, developers, and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Develop and execute software testing activities, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, while staying current with industry best practices and testing methodologies. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in application development. Strong technical knowledge of application support, programming languages, databases, testing tools, and software testing methodologies. Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, analyzing complex problems, and delivering effective solutions. Effective communicator with strong written communication skills and a clear understanding of team goals, responsibilities, and customer requirements. Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and professionalism while adhering to organizational policies and handling issues responsibly. Proactive learner and contributor who generates innovative ideas, shares knowledge, supports continuous improvement, and remains aware of industry, societal, economic, and environmental developments.
