We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to help shape the future of our teaching and training provision. You’ll work closely with our Excellence, Compliance and Learner Experience Team to evaluate and enhance the quality of education, ensuring every learner receives an outstanding experience.

• Lead Excellence Reviews and Deep Dives to assess teaching quality and learner outcomes.
• Observe live and recorded sessions, providing impactful feedback to improve pedagogy.
• Review learner work and progress to identify strengths and areas for development.
• Coach and support colleagues through professional development and best practice sharing.
• Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement and prepare for inspections.
• Champion safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, and inclusivity across all provision.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including our Excellence Improvement Plan.
