ABOUT US:

Eldor-Wal is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Research & Development team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our Resolve platform. From coding documents and performing rigorous testing, to validating new features and collaborating with developers, you will help deliver a consistent and seamless experience for our clients.

GENERAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate issues clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with QA processes, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Comfort with adapting to evolving priorities and new challenges.

BONUS SKILLS (ASSETS):

• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (definite asset).
• Previous experience as a QA or tester for a web application.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows (e.g., Scrum or Kanban, preferably Azure DevOps).
• Exposure to Real Estate Conveyancing or similar legal/technical environments.

• Code and test documents for the Resolve platform to ensure accurate output.
• Validate updates and new features through manual and automated testing.
• Conduct quality assurance testing across various environments and scenarios.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to identify, document, and resolve issues.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of Resolve and stay up-to-date on new features.
• Support the ongoing improvement of QA processes and documentation.
• Perform any other related duties as reasonably required by Eldor-Wal.
