About the Role At Firespring, we believe the best products are the ones that simply work. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll make sure our software is reliable, easy to use, and free of issues. You’ll test features, find bugs, and work closely with the team to fix problems before they reach our clients. What You’ll Do Create and maintain test plans and test cases with team support. Review and evaluate reported bugs to ensure they’re resolved effectively. Support engineering processes—maintain, improve, and introduce new approaches as needed. Test new features to ensure they meet requirements. Lead daily standups to keep the team aligned and moving forward. Communicate clearly and promptly, especially when timelines get tight. Prepare release notes and coordinate software deployments. Who You Are Detail-oriented and precise. Comfortable collaborating in a team environment. Clear communicator, both written and verbal. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks. Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. Bonus Points Experience testing software or working with technology. Familiarity with software release processes.
