Description

Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and optimize Quality Inspection SOPs to ensure compliance with technical standards and order requirements, while guiding warehouse teams to follow standardized and traceable procedures. Verify authenticity and quality of returned products using relevant equipment (e.g., lensmeters, optometry instruments, anti-counterfeiting detection tools). Investigate product quality issues from customer complaints, coordinate internal resources to isolate non-conforming products, conduct root cause analysis, and provide improvement reports. Monitor and analyze supplier incoming quality performance (e.g., batch acceptance rate, defect distribution), regularly provide supplier quality reports, and propose improvement actions. Participate in new supplier quality evaluation and ongoing supplier performance management, trace supplier-related quality issues, and drive corrective actions. Provide support for other departmental tasks and projects as required. Qualifications Associate degree or above, preferably in Optics, Optometry, Materials, Quality Management, or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection or QA in manufacturing or the optical industry; familiarity with lenses and frames is preferred. Familiar with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485, and relevant optical product standards (e.g., GB 10810). Proficient in standard quality inspection methods including sampling inspection, instrument measurement, visual inspection, and functional testing. Able to operate optical testing equipment such as lensmeters, thickness gauges, and stress testers. Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office, with basic data analysis skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; approximately 70% of the work will be warehouse-based.
