DEMECAN, our name stands for German Medicinal Cannabis. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for patients by providing them with access to medical cannabis of "Made in Germany" quality. In May 2019, DEMECAN was the only independent German company awarded the contract to produce medical cannabis in Germany. Near Dresden, we have established our medical cannabis center with a modern indoor greenhouse. Our exclusive cannabis plants are currently growing and flowering there. We are currently seeking support for our quality assurance team. 

Your role: 

As a Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) at our Ebersbach location, you will support the further development and maintenance of our quality management system within a GMP- and GDP-regulated environment. You will contribute to the reliable, compliant, and practical implementation of quality-relevant processes, thereby making a significant contribution to the high quality of our products and procedures. 

• They are responsible for the analysis and visualization of all data generated within the health insurance company.
• In this role, you will create reports, dashboards, and KPIs on morbidity and cost trends, as well as service statistics (e.g., telephony and home office rates).
• Supporting specialist departments in data-driven decisions
• Support in the further development of data warehouse, BI and reporting structures.
• Your responsibilities are rounded off by advising specialists, managers, and departments on ensuring data quality.
