POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for managing the administrative and compliance-related aspects of new business processing and policy changes. This role ensures that all submissions from client-facing brokers (Personal Lines (PL) Insurance Specialists) are complete, accurate, and processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the QA Specialist provides coverage for team members during holidays and manages billing-related reminders through client calls and emails.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to effectively communicate with account managers, brokers, and external partners.
• Proficiency in insurance management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving ability to identify and address compliance and processing issues proactively.
  This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction within the insurance brokerage process.
