In this role you’ll make an impact by: Continuously optimize and develop the company's quality management system to ensure food safety compliance and maintain relevant certifications. Efficiently handle quality operations including customer inquiries and complaints, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive preventive actions. Lead or support global and regional quality projects, working with global and local quality teams and relevant departments to ensure high-quality delivery. Deliver professional training and provide effective communication support to local stakeholders, including Commercial and R&D teams. Participate in internal and external audits, as well as third-party audits, to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. To succeed you must hold: Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Food Safety, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the food/feed/pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of food safety and quality management systems such as FSSC22000, ISO9000 and relevant regulations. Project management experience with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives Fluent in both spoken and written English. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
