JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. This role involves conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing quality management systems to enhance product reliability and safety. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with manufacturing teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, and CGMP is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for decision-making purposes.
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and conducting internal audits is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments and data collection techniques related to quality inspection processes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CGMP standards.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines throughout the production process.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines for accurate data collection.
  • Perform quality control assessments using vision inspection systems to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities, including reports on quality audits and inspection results.
  • Provide training and support to manufacturing staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
