JOB OVERVIEW

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of client data, improving product features, and optimizing data flow by leveraging strong QA skills and data analysis expertise. In addition, this role offers the potential to grow into a training position within the implementation team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Construction Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly, with the ability to self-teach and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, data analysis, or related coursework, internships, or projects; professional experience is a plus but not required.
• Foundational understanding of QA methodologies and data analysis techniques, including data validation and integrity checks.
• Exposure to SQL, Construction ERP systems, or data connectors through coursework, projects, or internships; ability to develop skills in setting up and managing data flows.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and initiative in identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 3032

• QA new client data to ensure accurate and complete integration into ProNovos, collaborating with the implementation team to rectify discrepancies or data integrity issues.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to develop and customize reports, utilizing QA methodologies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data within reports.
• Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends and root causes behind inaccuracies or anomalies in the data, providing actionable insights for resolution and improvement.
• QA new product features, conducting usability testing, and providing detailed feedback and recommendations for enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.
• Configure and set up ERP data connectors to facilitate seamless data flow from ERP systems into ProNovos, ensuring efficient and accurate integration.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports, to ensure the consistency and reliability of QA processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer success, to communicate QA findings and drive continuous improvement.
