What You’ll Be Doing

• Undertaking end-to-end QA responsibilities, including batch review and release of aseptically compounded products
• Supporting the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System ensuring full GMP compliance
• Leading and coordinating activities related to deviations, CAPAs, change control, complaints, and audits
• Collaborating with production, pharmacy, and quality teams to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Monitoring environmental and process data to maintain validated facility standards
• Supporting training delivery to ensure teams are fully competent and compliant
• Driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance quality, reduce waste, and optimise processes
• Participating in audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and timely follow-up

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in a Quality Assurance role within a pharmaceutical or aseptic compounding environment
• Strong working knowledge of GMP requirements
• A detail-oriented and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A passion for patient safety and delivering high-quality outcomes
