We are seeking a new colleague as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Rotterdam Trading Office, located in Delft - The Netherlands Job Description A selection of your responsibilities within your role: Handling claims and statistical analysis and reporting on regular basis Executing Own Brand Risk assessments Monitor and maintain up to date information related to food safety, quality and safety certifications, analysis plan, laboratory test & audit reports Organize and maintain up to date documents, archived online in the collaboration room and Databank Systems (products, traceability and suppliers) of Rotterdam Trading Office Schedule first delivery check and pre-shipment check, archiving and follow up pre-shipment checklists and many more! Qualifications If you are… If you are good at communication, are ready for new experiences and engaged to reach your potential Fluent in English (Dutch is an asset!) You can operate well in a supervised capacity and have the ability to manage your own tasks You are innovative and skilled in problem-solving, target, result and service oriented Have… A minimum Bachelor degree in food science, food safety, quality, technical or business related field from an accredited 4-year university Have minimum 2 year experience in a similar role as specialist Ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines Knowledge of EU Regulations on Food Safety matters And...
