About the Global Service Solutions Team: We are North America Corporate Risk & Broking Operations based in Mumbai and comprised of approximately 600 colleagues. We service large & complex clients, the middle market and select clients spanning divisions such as Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality & Leisure, Aerospace, Marine, Financial Institutions & Professional Services, Public Sector & Education, Tech Telecom, Transportation & Logistics, Mergers and Acquisitions, Health Care & Life Sciences, Natural Resources, Construction and Retail & Distribution. About the Role: To support and assist an international Insurance service team with tasks involving revenue allocations, service support and coordinating with an international network of brokers Roles and Responsibilities Perform assigned activities in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Prepare and maintain data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word documents for information collection and reporting purposes. Coordinate tasks effectively with international counterparts to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a strong focus on quality, with an understanding of the financial and legal implications of the work performed. Identify and escalate errors, issues, and control breaches promptly to the designated Lead. Consistently meet agreed service level expectations with all relevant stakeholders involved in the process. Identify and highlight anomalies in a timely manner to support corrective action. Communicate professionally through e-mail correspondence and telephone conversations with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate and efficient management of databases and records. Actively participate in team interactions, including team huddles and stakeholder discussions.
