The Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee monthly QA workflow planning and allocation, ensuring optimal capacity and timely execution. This role serves as the primary point of contact for appeals and dispute resolutions across business lines, while providing leadership and guidance to a team of Quality Analysts.
