Description

We’re seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (Q.A.) Supervisor to lead and supervise all aspects of our quality system. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment and can take full ownership of quality paperwork and production quality assurance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in a quality role in manufacturing (automotive or metal forming preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001 and APQP/PPAP processes
  • Proficient in PFMEA, control plans, and dimensional reporting
  • Must have experience using ERP software for quality
  • Familiarity with gage calibration, SPC, and visual inspection standards
  • Able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage all quality documentation, including:
  • PPAP submissions (Level 3 preferred)
  • Control plans, PFMEAs, and Process Flow Diagrams
  • Gauge R&R studies and dimensional layouts
  • Monitor daily production and ensure quality standards are met on the floor.
  • Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO16949, ISO14001)
  • Track and resolve non-conformances (NCRs), customer complaints, and implement root cause analysis using tools like 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone.
  • Maintain and update RPN values and lead FMEA reviews.
  • Train and support operators in quality best practices.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer quality concerns and corrective actions.
  • Update and use ERP system to track quality.
