Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and execute implementation and compliance activities as per cGMP’s, corporate policies and procedures, client Standard Operating Procedure’s and applicable regulations across all business and functional units (Distribution and/or Wholesaling).
  • Lead preparation of internal, external, supplier, and regulatory audits across the Canadian Healthcare Network and act as the audit lead in the absence of a QA Manager or as assigned.
  • Assist and support site Operations Management team as necessary in new client, new product, new process introduction with risk management and identification of required activities to ensure GxP compliance.
  • Ensure complete client reports and business review information for client presentation in MBR, QBR and QSMR and chair/present to clients as determined by management.
  • Ensure Quality Assurance team training profiles are current and accurate as applicable to the requirements of the site(s).
  • Mentor and train Quality Assurance team members as required
  • Participate, support, and as required lead external audits from existing and prospective clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Support in review, revision and or establishing client and supplier Quality Agreements Provide risk management site to Operations Management team in support of CI initiatives
  • Perform gap analysis and propose action plans to relevant stakeholders to close gaps with the aim to continually improve QMS performance
