WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are upheld every day. You’ll be the key link between production, technical, and supply chain teams, helping deliver products that meet customer and regulatory expectations.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading the Quality and QC teams, setting the tone for excellence on site
• Overseeing quality control from raw materials intake to final dispatch
• Conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits (BRC & customer)
• Investigating non-conformances and driving corrective actions and improvements
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams on product quality and consistency
• Ensuring full traceability, accurate documentation, and compliance across operations
• Supporting the Technical Manager with day-to-day technical and compliance tasks
• Advising on food safety, product legality, and hygiene practices across site
