Quality Assurance Team Leader Eight Financial Advice – Whiteley £30,000 - £40,000 Do you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for compliance, and the leadership skills to guide a high-performing team? At Eight Financial Advice, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Team Leader to make sure our advisers always deliver the best, most compliant, and client-focused service possible. What You’ll Do Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-based Decision Making, and Relationship Management. Lead, coach, and motivate the Quality Assurance team to deliver exceptional performance. Manage case reviews, suitability assessments, and compliance checks for adviser activity. Validate adviser licences, charging codes, and regulatory records. Oversee workflows in Salesforce and Monday.com to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Act as subject matter expert for complex queries on high-risk products, pensions, investments, and protection. Identify trends or risks and work with stakeholders to implement solutions. Keep QA processes up to date with FCA, SJP, and internal standards. Provide MI and insights to senior stakeholders to support adviser training and continuous improvement.
