At Eight Wealth Management, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Team Leader to make sure our advisers always deliver the best, most compliant, and client-focused service possible.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the Quality Assurance team to deliver exceptional performance.
• Manage case reviews, suitability assessments, and compliance checks for adviser activity.
• Validate adviser licences, charging codes, and regulatory records.
• Oversee workflows in Salesforce and Monday.com to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as subject matter expert for complex queries on high-risk products, pensions, investments, and protection.
• Identify trends or risks and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Keep QA processes up to date with FCA, SJP, and internal standards.
• Provide MI and insights to senior stakeholders to support adviser training and continuous improvement.
