See full Job Description below: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Operations to build Quality Assurance into our processes. Facilitate and execute quality assurance programs and protocols to ensure products consistently meet specifications. Products from each machine must be inspected, as well as drop-tested, daily in line with current ISO standards. Inspect processes and raw and finished materials to ensure consistency and integrity. Perform quality control tests on-site when necessary. Perform quality control tests on raw materials, completed products, and product samples. Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance promptly as needed. Provide hands-on root cause assistance on reported issues. Provide quality training as needed. Recognize and report any quality issues. Work with the management team to prioritize suggested changes. Read and understand internal SOPs and analytical procedures. Participate in company meetings. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control. Coordinate with QA-TN Coordinator to maintain up to date Standard Operating Procedures and PPF Quality Forms. Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Ability to research and interpret technical resources. Must be able to work in stressful situations and in a schedule-driven environment. Timing is a critical function. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Education and Experience: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED Two to five years of QA-related experience and/or training. Expérience in effectively working with people and on a team. Experience in multitasking. Physical Demands: Required to lift up to 25 lbs. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility. Work Environment: Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils. Essential job function duties for this position require work in a combination of office and warehouse environments.
