Description
Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of all factory CCP’s, ensuring that all testing regimes and records are up-to-date and completed accurately
  • Daily organoleptic testing on all products produced.
  • Verification of product date codes, packaging, weights and quality of products produced
  • Daily calibration checks on measuring equipment
  • Ensure all required process control records are completed accurately and filed as necessary.
  • Monitoring all raw material intake, following testing procedures and reporting to management any defects and concerns
  • The daily collection of microbiological samples and logging them onto the laboratory online system.
  • Other duties as required by the management team
