QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent QA/Food Safety experience preferred.
• 1+ year of plant-level QA experience preferred.
• Training in HACCP, BRC/SQF, FSMA/FSVP/PCQI preferred.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 117 and relevant food safety regulations.
• Knowledge of quality testing (analytical, microbiological, sensory).
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard lab systems.
• Experience in sugar or sweetener manufacturing is a plus.
