Our client, a gluten free bakery that supplies most of their produce to America and Australia are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team based in Crossmaglen

• As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the high standards of our client’s products
• To work towards Production KPI in relation to output, waste, and cost.
• To execute the production plan adhering to running order and volumes
• To train new employees and agency workers in department specifics
• To implement good housekeeping procedures in the workplace and lead by example
• To observe and enforce appropriate Health and Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures always
• Verifying that products adhere to established quality standards and customer specifications
• Evaluating incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collecting and preparing samples for laboratory analysis.
• Conducting regular quality checks on the production line to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of quality control procedures and findings.
• Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and standards like HACCP
