RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and analyse results generated by our diagnostic platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct quality control tests to verify the performance and reliability of our diagnostic tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the research and development team to identify and troubleshoot any issues or anomalies.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control tests and results.
  • Participate in the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality assurance.
  • Assist in the training of new team members on quality control protocols and procedures.
