We are seeking dynamic individuals that can work with the Quality Assurance department, ensuring that the facility is in compliance with regulatory and food safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have a strong interest in food safety and quality assurance practices
  • Have relevant working experiences in food processing industry is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with all employees and contractors and to provide technical help when needed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving, time management skills and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities
  • Perform the daily monitoring and verification tasks according to the food safety program, such as temperature, weight check and visual inspections and other quality inspections etc.
  • Conduct environmental testing and product checking
  • Prepare QA inspection reports with document the QA findings and appropriate corrective action
  • Report the foods safety and quality issues to the QA Manager and the floor operations Supervisors
  • Conduct employee training on GMP, HACCP or as required
  • Other duties as assigned
