Northeast Ohio manufacturer is seeking an experienced, organized, self-directed Quality Assurance Technician to join its outstanding team. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. in Food Science or related field or 2-3 years related experience.
• Solid knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and SQF as well as ODA and FDA regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical skills.

  Pay: $22.05 - $25.00 per hour

• Perform microbiological and chemical tests on materials and finished goods.
• Perform and maintain environmental testing programs.
• Maintain accurate production and testing records using efficient records retention methods.
• Assist in maintaining and administering Company Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, GMPs, HACCP and SQF programs.
• Assist in supervision of the Sanitation team.
