We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting products, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. You will play a key part in maintaining product quality, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement within a high-regulation environment.
salary: $25 - $28 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Verify product conformity against specifications and documentation.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and equipment calibration checks as required.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of quality records and data logs.
  • Report and escalate quality issues or non-conformances to the Quality Manager or Supervisor.
  • Assist with internal audits, validations, and process improvements.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines.
  • Support production and sterilization teams by ensuring product meets quality requirements before release.
  • Operate and maintain basic lab equipment and tools.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • manual lifting up to 30lbs
  • standing for 8 hours at one time
  • working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
