Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be at the heart of our Food Safety & Quality Assurance program, working alongside our production and innovation teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting inspections, product testing, and environmental monitoring
  • Maintaining and improving our Safe Quality Food (SQF) systems, including all documentation
  • Supporting new product development, shelf-life testing, and certifications (Kosher, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free)
  • Leading by example in GMPs, HACCP, allergen control, and food safety training
  • Assist in the delivery of training programs for employees
  • Investigating quality issues and supporting continuous improvement projects
  • Collaborating across supply chain, production, R&D, and logistics
  • And much, much more!

This role offers a unique work schedule, and candidates must be available to work all shifts:

  • Day Shifts: 4 - 10-hour days, Monday to Friday (5:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • Weekend Shifts: 3 - 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (6:15 AM – 6:45 PM) And here’s the kicker: Weekend team members are topped up to 40 hours even though they work 36
