GENERAL SUMMARY

The Warehouse Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for inspecting inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring products meet company and regulatory standards. This role involves identifying defects, documenting quality issues, and assisting with compliance and process improvements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
· Forklift experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE OF:

· Understanding of warehouse quality control standards and inspection methods.
· Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
· Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

SKILL IN:

· Strong attention to detail for identifying product defects and inconsistencies.
· Effective communication skills for reporting quality issues and training staff.
· Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
