REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QA role.
• ISTQB Certification in Advanced Testing.
• Proficient understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience using test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit).

ABOUT THE ROLE: QA TEST ANALYST

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Test Analyst to join our development team. In this role, you will ensure that our software solutions maintain the highest level of quality through rigorous testing and close collaboration with developers, analysts, and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases aligned with product requirements.
• Conduct various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software bugs and inconsistencies using relevant tools.
• Analyse test outcomes and contribute meaningful recommendations for enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the development cycle.
• Support the continual refinement of QA processes and best practices.
