OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will be responsible for identifying defects, conducting tests, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise in various testing methodologies and tools will contribute significantly to our commitment to excellence.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role in software development.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C++ is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS services and their integration into testing environments is desirable.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate software functionality against user needs.
• Perform performance testing to ensure applications meet required standards under various conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to enhance product quality.
• Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends and issues in software performance.
• Document defects clearly and concisely in tracking systems such as SVN or similar tools.
• Participate in DevOps practices to streamline testing processes and improve deployment efficiency.
• Engage in continuous learning of new testing tools and techniques to enhance quality assurance processes.
