Responsibilities

To be successful in this role:

  • Strong knowledge of aged care and NDIS regulatory frameworks, including the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and the Aged Care Act 2024
  • Proven experience in training coordination, quality assurance, or governance within aged care, disability, or health services
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills to support a culture of learning, safety, and accountability
  • The ability to work collaboratively with managers, clinical leaders, and staff to implement governance processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Confidence in delivering engaging, practical training sessions that build staff capability and support person-centred care
  • A proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to identify gaps, solve problems, and implement effective solutions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities, audits, and compliance deadlines
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records, policies, and training documentation to support audit readiness
  • A passion for promoting dignity, respect, and choice in every aspect of care delivery
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and drive innovation in quality and training practices
